About
Based in: Toronto, Canada
Although photography and writing are the crux of this blog, professionally, I’m a full-time freelance illustrator with over a decade of experience in the industry. Simply: I’m an artist! I use my travelling experience and observations to collect references for the images I create, from cityscapes to forests, to great lakes and offices spaces.
I’m originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba but currently live in Toronto with my partner and two cats (Odin and Juniper). I created Fieldnotes as an online resource to help you get offline through nature-centered adventures & explorations. Here you’ll find years of notes from my personal experiences to hopefully inspire you to think and look curiously.
